GUIDE 1: CREATE YOUR FIRST SPACE

WHAT IS A SPACE?
A Space is an isolated context where your memories are organized. Think of it like separate notebooks - one for Work, one for Personal projects, one for Learning, etc.
Each space keeps its information separate, so your work tasks don't mix with personal notes.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR FIRST SPACE
Step 1: When you first sign up, you'll be prompted to create a space. If you already have spaces, click the space dropdown in the top left and select "Create New Space"
Step 2: Choose a NAME for your space
- Keep it simple and descriptive
- Examples: "Work", "Personal", "Learning", "Project Phoenix"
- This helps you quickly identify which context you're working in
Step 3: Add a DESCRIPTION (optional but recommended)
- Explain what you'll use this space for
- Example: "Development work for Project X"
- Example: "Personal learning and book notes"
- This helps the AI understand the context better
Step 4: Choose a VOICE AGENT (optional)
- Select which voice you prefer for voice interactions
- Options: Jess or Charlie
- Don't worry - you can change this later
Step 5: Set up START TOOL KEYWORDS (config badges)
- These are keywords that help load relevant context when you begin work
- Think of them as search terms that focus what the AI prioritizes
- Examples for a work space: "client work", "meetings", "proposals"
- Examples for a development space: "TypeScript", "React", "API design"
- Examples for a personal space: "fitness", "recipes", "travel planning"
- You can add 3-5 keywords that represent your main focus areas
Step 6: Configure ASSISTANT BEHAVIOR (optional)
- Tell the AI how to communicate with you in this space
- Examples: "be concise and frank", "think critically", "explain like I'm five"
- This personalizes how the AI interacts with you
Step 7: Click "Get Started" or "Create Space"

COMPLETION TRIGGER
Your first space is created when you successfully submit the form with at least a space name and one config badge (keyword).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your space is created, you'll be taken to the assistant page where you can start adding memories and interacting with your new space.
The keywords you chose will help the AI load relevant context whenever you start working in this space.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
- Start simple: You don't need to fill everything out perfectly
- You can always edit your space later by clicking the pencil icon next to the space name
- If you're unsure what keywords to add, think about the main topics you'll be saving information about
- The more specific your configuration, the better the AI can help you organize information
